Questoy.com (The Database): Our main visual checklist website is designed for anonymous browsing. We collect only standard, non-personally identifiable analytics (such as browser type and referring pages) to optimize our Cloudflare R2 image delivery and improve site performance. We do not require account creation to browse the archives.

Shop.questoy.com (The Store): All commercial transactions, order processing, and fulfillment are handled securely through our Shopify subdomain. When you make a purchase, data collection (shipping address, payment info) is strictly governed by Shopify’s secure checkout ecosystem. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

2. Copyright & Fair Use

Questoy is an independent visual database and fan-driven archive. We operate under the principles of Fair Use (17 U.S.C. § 107) for the purpose of identification, commentary, and collector education.

• All product names, character designs, and brand logos (e.g., Pop Mart, Skullpanda) are trademarks of their respective copyright holders.
• Questoy claims no ownership over these intellectual properties.
• Our high-resolution reference images are hosted independently to assist collectors in identifying figures and blind box variants.

By using the Questoy database, you agree that the information provided is for educational and reference purposes. While we rigorously verify our data (rarity ratios, secret figures, release dates), we do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not liable for secondary-market purchasing decisions made based on our checklists.
